About Us

Singapore Hostess Agency is the event staffing arm of Bella Entertainment, an entertainment and event agency working in Singapore since 2012. The same office that books emcees, bands and dancers for corporate events, dinner and dance nights and weddings also recruits, trains and manages the hostesses, promoters, brand ambassadors, ushers and event crew you hire here.

What we do

We supply event staff for exhibitions and trade shows, conferences, product launches, roadshows and sampling campaigns, gala dinners and awards nights, dinner and dance events, weddings and private functions. Bookings range from a single bilingual hostess for a VIP delegation to a team of forty for a multi-day show at Marina Bay Sands Expo, Suntec or Singapore Expo.

How we work

Every request gets a fixed, all-in quote with the hourly rate, minimum hours, uniform and transport spelled out, usually within a few hours. Staff are briefed before the event, arrive early in the agreed dress code, and a coordinator stays reachable on WhatsApp for the whole shift. For larger events a team lead is on site.

Who you will meet

Our hostesses and promoters are Singapore based, mostly bilingual in English and Mandarin, with Malay, Tamil, Japanese and Korean speakers available. Many have worked the same annual shows for several years, which is why exhibitors book the same faces again.

One group, two services
