Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the event staffing services provided by Singapore Hostess Agency. By confirming a booking you agree to them.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are fixed and all-in as stated, valid for 14 days unless noted. A booking is confirmed once you approve the quote in writing (including by WhatsApp or email). We reserve staff for your date on confirmation.

Minimum booking and rates

A 4-hour minimum applies to all roles. Overnight work is charged at 1.5x and public holidays carry a surcharge, both quoted upfront. Multi-day bookings may qualify for package pricing as agreed in the quote.

Changes and cancellations

Please give as much notice as possible for changes. Cancellations made close to the event date may incur a charge reflecting committed staff and coordination; specific terms are stated in your quote.

Staff conduct and client responsibilities

Our staff will arrive briefed, presentable and on time. You agree to provide a safe working environment, reasonable breaks for shifts over the applicable length, and any brand-specific materials or uniforms not included in the quote. Our staff are not liable for handling large sums of money or valuables unless expressly agreed.

Liability

We take reasonable care in selecting and briefing staff. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
